APH009 Theme (Classy) is a 2 columns fixed width theme for XOOPS, ICMS and XOOPS Cube.

It contains a tabbed menu in the header, an image scroller and 3 new block positions at the bottom all of which you can easily customize without having to open the "theme.html" file like on traditional themes, just remember to check out the read me file and see the video.
