Thanks to Yurdal from xoops.org who reported a weird issue in IE browsers I was able to fix the theme and update the download package.
Long story short..I accidentally included in the archive an older css file of the theme, so those of you that downloaded the theme prior to 21 May 8am GMT time, you can either re-download or get the correct style.css from below
