The following tutorial will teach you how to make a web 2.0 impressCMS logo image, shouldn't take you more then 10minutes to make
Open a new file at desired size (i chose 640x480 so screenshots will have a nice size), and from the toolbar (usually on the left), chose "Custom Shape Tool then from "Custom Shape Picker" select the bubble as showed in the image bellow

Now that the shape is selected you can draw it in the opened file by holding left click from your mouse and drag it to the right until you have the desired size of the bubble...much like in the image bellow

Now that we have the bubble drawn we can edit its style but first on the left toolbar of the Photoshop click foreground color and enter color code #febf04 then click ok, after this click on the background-color and enter color code #ffd65e then click ok to close the color picker.
Now that we set the colors for the future logo, click the image so you will know you have the layer of the bubble selected and on the top toolbar of your photoshop select Layer Style / Blending Options (see image bellow)

, a smaller window opens in which you first select Gradient Overlay which should be set Foreground to Background like in the image bellow

Now select Inner Shadow and in the color picker next to Blend Mode enter color code #d59304, press OK to close the picker and select Opacity 100%, size 250 and finally Contour Anti-aliased like in the image bellow

Now select Inner Glow and leave the default color but select Opacity 57%, size 141px and finally on contour select Gaussian Anti-aliased like in the image bellow

Now select Bevel and Emboss and modify values as follows: Depth: 71%, Size:68px, Soften:16px, Gloss Contour : Rolling Slope - Descending, Anti-aliased,on Highlight mode set Opacity 51% and on Shadow mode change color to color code#b77301 and select Opacity 29% as you can see in the image bellow:

Now select Stroke Fill type : Gradient and chose a gradient of color code#b6b5b5 and #e3e4e5, and set style to Reflected and then press the OK button,as you can see in the image bellow

Now that we have a nice colored bubble its time to add a bit of volume by selecting the Elliptical Marquee Tool from the left toolbar as you can see in the image bellow

Draw an oval shape on top of the bubble starting with bubble's top edge, then right click on the shape and select New Layer, give the layer whatever name you wish and after layer is created right click again and select Transform Selection as you can see in the images bellow

Once the Transform Selection tool is chosen, rotate the shape anti-clockwise a little bit until its top edge covers more of the bubble's top edge as you can see in the image bellow

Now select the Gradient Tool from the toolbar on the left and edit the gradient so it will be white (#ffffff) to white (#ffffff) with the second white (the one on the right) at transparency of 0 as you can see in the image bellow

With the gradient tool selected drag a vertical line starting from the top edge of the shape, until it reaches the bottom edge of it as showed bellow

Chose blending options as we learned a bit earlier and from Blending Options: Custom change opacity of the element to 36% and then click OK, as you can see bellow

Congratulations you now have something like in the image bellow
