Waves (APH006) is a 3 column fixed width theme made for ICMS and XOOPS and it can serve a variety of sites. It comes in 4 flavors (green, red, blue and grey) where default active style is the green one (my favorite will be the red one). It contains a cool powerful dropdown menu in the header which can be customized to suit your needs.
Theme costs $10 but you can sign up to one of the available memberships which will give you access to the other commercial themes that are already available up to date and of course the ones that will be added in the months to come
